A WOVEN MANDALA

The Woven Mandala, (Possession of Essence) is a unique art experience for a group. The Woven Mandala begins by creating a figurative armature of vines, reeds or wires. Each member of the group then weaves, twists, and hangs fabric strands, papers, yarns, and finds of their own selection into and throughout the sculpture.

Papers may also include significant messages pertinent to the nature of the gathering. The finished project is an expression of participating personalities that combine their efforts and energies for one purpose. It is exciting to witness the process and of course the finished project, which may be appreciated and kept by the whole or raffled to one.

Materials may be selected and arranged by Maggie Carle, or by the group. Projects from 4-6 hours. 6-20 Participants. Group Fee from $200.00
